Learning Objectives:

  • Describe how different pedagogical frameworks and learning theories underpin and contribute to traditional and digital educational practices; compare educational approaches and alignment to how people learn.
  • Apply universal design for learning and social justice frameworks to traditional and digital education.
  • Develop learner-centered sequenced educational experiences by applying evidence-based curricular frameworks and the integration of educational
    technology.
  • Describe the importance of focusing on learner-centered outcomes in curriculum development.
  • Apply feedback and assessment through digital and traditional methods to promote effective learning and meaningful outcomes.
  • Differentiate and implement various feedback and evaluation modalities for traditional and digital learning activities.
  • Engage learners in both traditional and digital environments through the application of a diverse range of motivational and active learning techniques.
  • Define essential concepts and infrastructure related to effective use of education technology and apply appropriate approaches.
